Basketball Development

Join a competitive, focused training environment designed to build complete players.

We combine skill mastery with game-based training. Players first develop elite fundamentals in shooting, ball handling, and finishing, then apply those skills in our signature drills which replicate dynamic, game-like situations.

Athletes learn to read defenders, make decisions, and execute skills under pressure, developing confidence, creativity, and high-level basketball IQ.

We also offer HYBRID sessions for junior athletes, which includes on-court workout and then a gym workout in the one session: Saturdays 9:00am and 10:00am.

Junior LAB

Built to improve speed, strength, power, movement, and resilience, The Junior LAB helps young athletes develop the skills and habits needed for long-term success in sport.

Each athlete follows a structured program tailored to their individual needs, with every session supervised by our qualified coaches and Exercise Scientists.

Athletes have access to five training sessions each week, making it easy to complete their three programmed workouts.

Session Times
• Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 6:45am – 7:45am
• Tuesday & Thursday: 4:15pm - 5:15pm

For junior athletes of all sports - ages 10-17

Core Membership

For everyone 16yo and above

Train in an environment built by athletes, for athletes. The Core Membership gives you everything you need to improve your performance, health, and fitness, with unlimited access to our premium training facility.

Enjoy 24/7 gym access, basketball court access during non-booked times, and access to our Adult Athletic Development classes (4 classes a week).

Classes are Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 5:45am - 6:45am and can be booked through your GymMaster App.

Train with purpose wherever you are. Our Programming Only membership gives you access to a personalised training program designed by our experienced coaches and tailored to your goals, sport, and training experience.

Delivered through the TeamBuildr app, you'll receive monthly updates, exercise tutorial videos, progress tracking, and ongoing coach support to help you stay accountable and achieve results.

Designed for serious basketball athletes looking to gain an edge on the competition. The NBL1 Performance Group combines expert strength and conditioning coaching with individualised programming to help athletes improve strength, power, speed, conditioning, and durability.

Each athlete receives a tailored program and undergoes regular performance testing to track progress and ensure continued development throughout the year.
