Junior LAB Academy
The Junior LAB Academy is a strength and conditioning program for committed athletes aged 10–17, across all sports. Built to improve speed, power, movement and resilience. Athletes will learn how to properly train in a gym environment, developing the skills, consistency and accountability that will set them up long-term.
Each athlete follows a structured program tailored to the individual, with every session supervised by our team of qualified coaches and exercise scientists.
Sessions run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 6:45–7:45am, making it easy to train consistently without interfering with school or after-school commitments.
