At The LAB Performance Centre, we help athletes of all ages and all sporting backgrounds improve their performance through expert coaching, strength and conditioning, and long-term development programs.

As Adelaide's home of basketball performance and athletic development, our members enjoy 24/7 access to both our gym and basketball court, alongside specialist basketball group training, individual coaching, athletic development classes, and performance programs.

For more than five years, we've worked with hundreds of athletes across Australia, from grassroots juniors to elite professionals. Many of Adelaide's best athletes have been Built in the LAB.

  • Tailored programs written for the individual athlete and supervised/coached by our specialist coaches.

Train whenever suits your schedule. With this membership, you also get unlimited access to our group fitness and strength classes.

  • Full 24/7 gym access.

  • Unlimited access to our morning group classes (book through GymMaster App).

  • Classes: Mon, Wed and Fri 5:45-6:30am, and Saturdays 6:30-7:30am

    • Monday - BUILD - strength focused

    • Wednesday - ENGINE - conditioning focused

    • Friday - POWER - Explosive training

    • Saturday - HYBRID - A mix of strength and conditioning to finish the week strong
